Both these orders inadvertently do not reference Company Appeal No. 88 of 2014 under which the present valuer was appointed. List the matter for directions on 30th September 2016. The Bombay High Court condoned the delay in filing a valuation report dated 27th June 2016, which was appointed by the Court. The error in various orders regarding the valuer and valuation was noted, leading to the correction being made in Company Appeal No. 88 of 2014. The matter was listed for directions on 30th September 2016.
