No. 5307/2015</h1> The Supreme Court in 2017 (7) TMI 1231 - SC Order condoned delay, admitted the case, and tagged it with C.A. No. 5307/2015. - 2018 (8) G.S.T.L. J143 (SC) Scope of show cause notice - demand was raised under the category of BAS - demand was confirmed under the different category - Held that:- Delay condoned - appeal admitted. The Supreme Court in 2017 (7) TMI 1231 - SC Order, with judges Mr. J. Chelameswar and Mr. S. Abdul Nazeer, condoned delay, admitted the case, and tagged it with C.A. No. 5307/2015.
