In fact, it has partly allowed the appeals and brought down the amount which is to be deposited. In the circumstances and when the Tribunal has not acted arbitrarily or capriciously nor violated any provisions of law, we cannot entertain these writ petitions. They are dismissed. The Bombay High Court dismissed the writ petitions as the Tribunal had imposed reasonable conditions and had not acted arbitrarily or violated any laws. The time to comply with the Tribunal's direction was extended by two months. If compliance is not reported, the appeals will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
