However, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the question of law raised in this appeal is answered against the appellants by this Court in CIT v. Tata Elxsi Ltd. [2011 (8) TMI 782 - KARNATAKA HIGH COURT]. The appeal is accordingly dismissed The Karnataka High Court dismissed the appeal due to non-compliance of office objection. The question of law raised was answered against the appellants in a previous case. IA No.1/2017 was disposed of accordingly.
