                            The Supreme Court of India granted leave on the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 12391 of 2002 filed by the Commissioner of Central Excise, Madras against a judgment and order of the High Court of Madras. The delay was condoned upon payment of Rs. 25,000/- as cost, and the original record will be requisitioned for the case.
