Kelvinator of India Ltd. for waiver of pre-deposit of an erroneous refund of Rs. 6,02,673.40. The Tribunal had previously allowed their appeal, but the refund was denied citing a Supreme Court decision. The Tribunal stayed the recovery of the demanded amount pending the final hearing of the appeal on 22-9-2003.
