Amendment provides that when the High Court delivers judgment in an appeal under section 130, the proper officer shall give effect to the order on the basis of a certified copy of the judgment; it also replaces wording in subsection (2) to refer to a reference to the High Court or an appeal to the High Court or the Supreme Court, thereby clarifying appellate or reference pathways.
