Provision of staff ensures the Authority for advance rulings receives government-appointed officers to exercise its powers. The Central Government, in consultation with the Authority, must supply the personnel necessary for the exercise of the Authority's powers and the discharge of its functions, providing officers and staff to enable the Authority to perform its duties under the Bill.
