of <h1>Authority for Advance Rulings Bill, 2007: Chairperson serves 5 years or until age 70, Members until 65.</h1> The Authority for Advance Rulings on Central Taxes Bill, 2007, stipulates that the Chairperson or any other Member of the authority will serve a term of five years from the commencement of their office. However, their term will end earlier if they reach the age of seventy for the Chairperson or sixty-five for any other Member, whichever occurs first.
