Authority for advance rulings established to provide advance determinations on central taxes by government notification. The Central Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an Authority for Advance Rulings on Central Taxes to give advance rulings on Central taxes, establishing that Authority as the designated body to render advance determinations under central tax law.
