of <h1>Agreement Between Two States Automatically Renews Every Five Years Unless Terminated With Six Months' Notice.</h1> This agreement between two Contracting States remains effective for an initial period of five years, automatically renewing for similar periods unless either state provides written notice of termination six months before the end of the current term. If terminated, the agreement ceases to apply to income from any fiscal year starting on or after April 1 following the calendar year of notification. Signed in New Delhi on June 15, 2006, the agreement is available in Hindi, Arabic, and English, with the English text prevailing in case of interpretative conflicts.
