Negotiability of instruments: legal representative cannot negotiate indorsed but undelivered order instruments by mere delivery. Legal representative cannot, by delivery alone, negotiate a promissory note, bill of exchange or cheque payable to order where the deceased endorsed but had not delivered the instrument; an undelivered endorsement by the deceased cannot be converted into negotiable transfer by mere delivery after death.
