Post service employment restriction bars the Chairperson and other Members of the Appellate Tribunal, for a prescribed period after leaving office, from accepting employment in or connected with the management or administration of any enterprise that has been a party to a proceeding before the Appellate Tribunal, with an exception for employment under Central or State Governments, local authorities, statutory authorities, statutory corporations, and government companies.
