Place of encashment: certificates encashable at registered post office or at another office upon identity verification. A certificate is encashable at the post office at which it stands registered; it may be encashed at another post office if the officer in charge, on production of an identity slip or after verification with the office of registration, is satisfied that the presenter is entitled to encash it.
