Certificate of Origin authorities require mutual notification of officials, specimen stamps, and verification contact points under origin rules.

Designation of issuing authorities and other competent administrative contacts for the issuance and verification of Certificates of Origin is required under the rules governing origin under the India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Each Party must notify the other Party of the names, addresses and contact details of officials authorised to issue Certificates of Origin, exchange specimen stamps of issuing authorities, and identify the offices responsible for communicating specimen stamps and receiving verification references.
