Witness summons and document production before the Central Advisory Board, with expenses allowed on the civil court scale. The Chairperson of the Central Advisory Board may summon any person to appear as a witness when necessary in the discharge of duty and may require production of documents. A person summoned and appearing before the Board is entitled to an allowance for expenses incurred according to the scale in force for witnesses appearing before a civil court.
