Resolution professional cooperation duty expanded for personnel, promoters and service contractors under the insolvency framework. The substituted sub-section (5) of section 54F requires present or former personnel of the corporate debtor, its promoter, persons associated with its management, and service contractors to extend all assistance and cooperation to the resolution professional. The assistance obligation applies as required for the performance of duties and exercise of powers, and the corresponding provisions of section 19(2) and (3) apply mutatis mutandis to proceedings under the Chapter.
