Warehoused goods transfer between warehouses is allowed subject to prescribed conditions under customs law. Section 67 of the Customs Act is substituted to allow the owner of warehoused goods to remove them from one warehouse to another, subject to prescribed conditions. The amendment regulates inter-warehouse transfer of warehoused goods by making the movement conditional on requirements that may be prescribed.
