The Parties must exchange specimen stamp impressions, competent authority contact details, and information on the administration and updating of the approved exporters' system and the certificate of origin system. They must also share information on the interpretation, application and administration of the rules and endeavour to resolve implementation or application issues, including specific verification requests, through direct consultations or meetings between the competent authorities.
