          <h1>Tribunal composition expanded to permit multiple Vice Chairmen and members, modifying appointment language and provisos in statute.</h1> The amendment replaces the fixed composition in sub section (2) with a provision permitting the Central Government to appoint as many Vice Chairmen and other members as it thinks fit; omits sub section (2A); inserts 'Vice Chairmen' after 'Chairman' in sub section (3) and its first proviso; and omits the second proviso in sub section (3), thereby altering appointment language and removing specified provisos.
