Amendment to section 280B adds annuity and commuted annuity from section 280D as covered items. The amendment alters clause (1) of section 280B by revising terminal conjunctions in sub clauses (b)(iv) and (b)(v) and inserting sub clause (b)(vi) to include any annuity due or commuted value of any annuity paid under section 280D within section 280B.
