This agency is tasked with verifying past risk and return data, as referenced in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008. Furthermore, the agency must collaborate with a recognized stock exchange to serve as a data center, adhering to terms and conditions specified by the Board. This provision was inserted in March 2025.
