of <h1>Section 13 Amendment: Time Frame for Actions Revised from Order Date to Financial Year End, Effective October 1, 1984.</h1> Section 13 of the Compulsory Deposit Scheme (Income-tax Payers) Act, 1974, is amended by the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Act, 1984. The amendment changes the time frame for certain actions from 'within four years of the date on which such order was passed' to 'within four years from the end of the financial year in which such order was passed.' This amendment takes effect from October 1, 1984.
