It includes taxes on total income, capital, property gains, wages, and capital appreciation. Specifically, it covers the corporate and individual income taxes and property tax in Kazakhstan, and the income tax and wealth tax in India. The Convention also extends to any similar taxes introduced after its signing. The Contracting States must inform each other of significant changes in their tax laws.
