Reference expansion in Customs Act adds section 130A to the existing section 130 citation, broadening statutory coverage. Subsection (1) of section 130C is amended by substituting the words, figures and letter 'under section 130' with 'under section 130 or section 130A', thereby expanding the statutory cross reference to include section 130A within the scope of section 130C.
