Amendments to the Central Excise Tariff Schedule substitute revised descriptive entries, revise Note wording and renumbering, and alter column (4) duty specifications by replacing existing entries with new ad valorem rates, specific duties and combined ad valorem plus specific duty formulas; Part II replaces the cement sub heading with separate entries for white and other cement and assigns the revised combined duty to each.
