          <h1>Finance Act 1990: Customs Tariff Revised, New Rates in Chapters 26, 29, 85, and 96.</h1> The Second Schedule of the Finance Act, 1990, amends the Customs Tariff Act by revising tariff rates in the First Schedule. In Chapter 26, sub-heading 2620.30, the tariff is changed to 150%. In Chapter 29, sub-heading 2925.11, the new rate is 100% plus Rs. 25 per kilogram. Chapter 85, sub-heading 8511.10, sees a change to 100% plus Rs. 10 per piece. Lastly, in Chapter 96, sub-headings 9607.11, 9607.19, and 9607.20, the tariff is amended to 150% plus Rs. 5 per metre.
