Amendment to Unit Trust Act: omits designated clauses and revises explanatory cross references to clarify clause references in section 32. Amendment to the Unit Trust of India Act, 1963 removes clause (b) and clause (ba) from subsection (1) and revises Explanation 1 by substituting in clause (a) the reference to clause (aa) in place of the prior paired reference, and in clause (b) the reference to clause (bb) in place of the prior paired reference.
