Protection from suit shields government and officers from proceedings for actions taken in good faith under this chapter. Protection from suit bars suits, prosecutions and other legal proceedings against the Central Government and officers of the Central Government, State Governments, and the International Airports Authority of India for anything done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Chapter or the rules made thereunder, where such actions are taken in good faith.
