of <h1>Section 32 Amendments to Unit Trust of India Act, 1963, Applied Retrospectively from April 1, 1964, Despite Conflicting Laws.</h1> The amendments to Section 32 of the Unit Trust of India Act, 1963, introduced by the Unit Trust of India (Amendment) Act, 1966, are to be applied retrospectively from April 1, 1964. This provision overrides any existing laws or notifications to the contrary, as stipulated in the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1967.
