Diplomatic fiscal privileges remain preserved under international law despite the Agreement's provisions. The Agreement does not affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under general international law or under special agreements, preserving existing tax immunities and concessions enjoyed by such personnel.
