A memorandum of appeal must be presented or sent by registered post and is deemed presented on receipt; it must be filed in five copies with the certified copy of the decision or order challenged, and, if represented, must include authorization and written consent of the authorised representative. Appeals must be in English or accompanied by an English translation and comply with prescribed formatting, pagination, indexing and margins; the Appellate Tribunal decides the filing procedure.
