of <h1>CCI Chairperson and Members Must Take Oath of Office and Secrecy as Per 2003 Rules Schedule</h1> Every individual appointed as the Chairperson of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) must take an oath of office and secrecy before the Minister in charge of the Department of Company Affairs, using the specified forms. Similarly, appointed members must take the same oath before the Chairperson, or in their absence, the senior-most acting member, or the Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Company Affairs, following the designated forms outlined in the Schedule of the 2003 rules.
