Payment obligation for compounded contraventions: compounding sum must be paid electronically to compounding authority within fifteen days. Rule 10 requires that the sum specified in a compounding order be paid to the compounding authority by demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, or other permissible electronic or online modes, within fifteen days from the date of the compounding order.
