Entry into force: treaty becomes effective after mutual diplomatic notifications confirming completion of domestic procedures. Entry into force of the DTAA is governed by reciprocal written notifications through diplomatic channels confirming completion of each Contracting Party's domestic procedures; the Agreement becomes effective on the date of the later notification and has immediate effect from that date.
