          <h1>ESG rating provider fees: registration and recurring payment obligations require timely online payment through SEBI payment gateway.</h1> Fees prescribe application and two-tier registration charges plus a recurring registration fee payable every three years. Registrants must pay the registration fee within fifteen days of intimation and thereafter maintain registration by paying the recurring fee every three years beginning from the sixth year. All fees must be paid by direct credit via the SEBI payment gateway, with the recurring fee due one month prior to expiry of the paid period.
