This mechanism includes mediation, conciliation, and/or arbitration, following the procedure specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This provision was inserted into the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Vault Managers) Regulations, 2021, through a notification issued on July 3, 2023.
