This mechanism includes mediation, conciliation, or arbitration, following the procedure specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This provision was introduced through a notification dated July 3, 2023, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019.
