          <h1>End Use Certification requires SCOMET items be used only for declared purposes and forbids retransfer without government consent.</h1> Appendix-2S mandates an End Use Cum End User Certificate from each supply chain entity for SCOMET exports, identifying parties, the SCOMET item, declared end use and end product, and requiring an undertaking that the item will be used solely for the stated purpose, will not be modified, replicated, diverted or retransferred without Government of India consent, and that post installation verification will be allowed.
