Permitted imports for EOU agriculture units allow specified seeds, fertilizers and equipment for supply to contract farmers in DTA. Permitted imports and domestic procurement by EOU units engaged in agriculture/horticulture are authorized for supply to contract farmers in the DTA, covering seeds; fertilizers and pre- and post-harvest chemicals (micronutrients, growth regulators, insecticides, fungicides, weedicides, herbicides); and specified equipment and materials including drip and sprinkler systems, fertilizer tanks and pumps, preservation media, grading tables, greenhouse and propagation equipment, plants and vegetative propagation material, and various growing media.
