of <h1>Annual Average Export Obligation under EPCG excludes exports for other authorizations, per Foreign Trade Policy 2023.</h1> The computation of the Annual Average Export Obligation under the EPCG Scheme, as per the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 and the Handbook of Procedures 2023, excludes exports counted towards fulfilling specific obligations of other EPCG Authorizations within the valid period. For companies existing for more than three years, exports from the past three financial years are totaled and divided by three. If a company has existed for less than three years, the total exports are divided by the number of years the company has been operational.
