These include proof of the original export, such as a copy of the SCOMET License, shipping bills, and the Bill of Entry for imported items. Additionally, evidence of the obligation for repair or replacement is required, which may be a letter from the foreign buyer, a contract agreement, purchase order, or warranty policy. A legal undertaking on a Rs. 200/- stamp paper in the prescribed format must also be provided.
