It states that from the commencement date of these regulations, the service terms for existing full-time employees of the Board will be modified as per the new regulations, and the 1988 service regulations will be repealed. However, any actions or decisions made under the 1988 regulations will be considered valid under the corresponding provisions of the new regulations. This amendment was inserted through a notification dated December 30, 2022.
