Seniority follows absorption date.</h1> Employees appointed on a deputation basis to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) can be absorbed into permanent positions if they meet the required qualifications and are deemed suitable by the Departmental Promotion Committee. This absorption is contingent upon the employees opting for it and receiving approval from their parent departments or cadre controlling authorities. The seniority of absorbed employees will be determined based on the date of their absorption into the respective post.
