Late submission fee allowed for delayed overseas investment filings; Reserve Bank to prescribe rates, manner and time limits.

Regulation 11 allows residents to remedy delayed overseas investment filings or evidence submissions by submitting the required documents or making filings together with a Late Submission Fee as directed by the Reserve Bank, subject to prescribed rates, manner and a capped maximum period measured from the original due date or, for obligations arising before publication of these regulations, from the date of publication.
