Grievance disposal: Board may refer complaints against insolvency professionals to their agency, which must resolve and report promptly. Regulation 6A permits the Board to forward grievances against an insolvency professional to the insolvency professional agency of which he is a member; the agency must dispose of the grievance in accordance with its bye laws and intimate the Board within thirty days of receipt.
