of <h1>Regulation 6A mandates insolvency agencies to resolve grievances within 30 days and report outcomes to the Board.</h1> Regulation 6A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017, allows the Board to forward grievances against insolvency professionals to the respective insolvency professional agency for resolution. Upon receiving such a grievance, the agency must address it according to its bye-laws and inform the Board of the resolution within thirty days. This regulation was introduced through a notification dated June 14, 2022.
