Verification of additional facts requires written submission and the same verification procedure as the original advance ruling application.

Any fact not contained in the original application for an advance ruling, including annexures and accompanying statements or documents, that is relied upon in proceedings before the Board for Advance Rulings must be submitted in writing and verified in the same manner as provided for in the original application.
