        Notice before inspection requires advance notice to vault managers, subject to exception permitting inspection without prior notice. Before ordering an inspection the Board must give the Vault Manager not less than ten days' notice, but may direct an inspection to proceed without such notice if satisfied it is necessary in the interest of investors; during inspection the Vault Manager must discharge obligations specified in regulation 22.
