of <h1>New Section 68A Empowers Central Government to Establish LLP Registration Offices and Appoint Officials for Effective Management.</h1> The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 introduces a new section 68A to establish registration offices for limited liability partnerships (LLPs). The Central Government is empowered to set up these offices at designated locations and appoint necessary officials, including Registrars and their deputies, to manage LLP registrations and related functions. The roles, responsibilities, and service terms of these officials will be prescribed as per the Act. Additionally, the Central Government can mandate the creation of official seals for the authentication of documents associated with LLP registration.
