of <h1>Insolvency Agencies Must Self-Evaluate Annually Under Regulation 6, Publish Results Online Within Three Months Post-Financial Year.</h1> Regulation 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016 mandates that the Governing Board must evaluate its performance within three months after the end of each financial year. The method of evaluation is to be determined by the Board itself. Additionally, the insolvency professional agency is required to publish the self-evaluation report on its website. This regulation was introduced through a notification in January 2021.
